Established in 2021, CRC has a wide portfolio of nonprofit and social enterprise agencies receiving quality grant writing and development support.

 

In 2025, we raised over $55 million in grant funding and individual giving for our clients. In 2026, we are on track to double that metric.

Catherine Ruff, LSW- Principal Consultant

Catherine has three degrees in Social Work and Sociology, including her Master's Degree in Social Work with a concentration in Management and Policy from Rutgers University. Catherine is also a Licensed Social Worker in New Jersey. Catherine regularly manages over $75 million in grant funding and management.

Susan Henderson, PMP- Consultant, Operations and Project Manager

Susan holds a BS in Labor Relations and Workplace Management from Rutgers University. She is a certified Project Management Professional with extensive experience in food systems, food retail, nonprofits, and education. She contributes decades of experience in project management and community organizing to the CRC team.

Elizabeth Hamill- Consultant, Executive Assistant

Lizzy holds Bachelor's degrees in English and Education from Georgian Court University. As a development specialist, she applies her love of language and community to advocate for non-profit and charitable organizations.
She has extensive experience delivering direct services to adults with disabilities. Lizzy believes movement is a form of therapy and incorporates it into her work and lifestyle as much as possible. She has competed in several marathons and enjoys practicing yoga. She believes that language is a powerful tool and should be used to make a positive impact.
